Dear customers, please pay attention to the rules for exchanging goods

Returns and exchanges of goods are made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that only the following can be exchanged:

Goods that have a manufacturing defect (the store pays for the exchange for an identical model)
The product that was sent to you by mistake (wrong sort, color, model) for the ordered model (exchange is paid by the store)
Returns are not accepted for products that you ordered by mistake

To exchange the product, you must

Contact our manager within 3 days of receiving the goods
Be sure to send a photo of the defect
Enclose a note in the package with the reason for the exchange, send us the consignment note from a new email
The product must be unused, in packaging and with a tag, in the same condition in which you received it (products without bags, tags, used or dirty due to the fault of the buyer, will be sent back, exchange will be refused)
After receiving the parcel from you and checking the product, within 1-3 days you will be sent an exchange
