PUBLIC OFFER
The online store "FOP Senyukov K. Yu.", located at the domain name https://www.eco-cosmetic.com.ua, and with its legal address at Kositsa, 7A, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", publishes a Public Offer for the sale of Goods remotely.
1. 1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
1. 1.1. Public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") is a public offer by the Seller, addressed to an indefinite number of persons, to conclude a contract of sale and purchase of goods remotely with the Seller (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.
2. 1.2. Ordering Goods on the website of the Online Store - items specified by the Buyer from the range of Goods offered for sale when placing an order for the purchase of Goods on the website of the Online Store or through the Operator.
1. 2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. By ordering the Goods posted on the website of the Online Store, the Buyer means that the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Offer.
2.2. The Administration of the website of the Online Store has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Buyer.
2.3. The Offer is valid for an unlimited period, unless otherwise specified on the website of the Online Store.
2.4. The Seller provides the Buyer with complete and reliable information about the Goods, including information on the main consumer properties of the Goods, place of manufacture, as well as information on the warranty period and shelf life of the Goods on the website of the Online Store.
1. 3. PRODUCT PRICE
3.1. The price for each item of the Goods is indicated on the website of the Online Store.
3.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of any item of the Product.
3.3. In the event of a change in the price of the ordered Product, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of the change in the price of the Product within 1 day.
3.4. The Buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of the Product if the price is changed by the Seller after placing the Order.
3.5. The Seller is not allowed to change the price of the Product paid for by the Buyer.
3.6. The Seller indicates the cost of delivery of the Product on the website of the Online Store or notifies the Buyer when the Operator places the order.
3.7. The Buyer's obligations to pay for the Product are considered fulfilled from the moment the Seller receives the funds.
3.8. Settlements between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made in the ways specified on the website of the Online Store in the Payment and Delivery section.
4. PLACING AN ORDER
4.1. The Buyer shall order the Goods through the Operator by phone at 098 386-86-18 or through the service of the Online Store website https://www.eco-cosmetic.com.ua/.
4.2. When registering on the website of the Online Store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:
4.2.1. last name, first name, patronymic of the Buyer or the person specified by him (recipient);
4.2.2. the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer's address);
4.2.3. e-mail address;
4.2.4. contact phone number.
4.3. The name, quantity, range, article number and price of the Product selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's shopping cart on the website of the Online Store.
4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, it has the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller shall not be liable for the Product selected by the Buyer.
4.5. When placing an Order through the Operator (clause 4.1 of this Offer), the Buyer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 4.2 of this Offer.
4.6. The Buyer accepts the terms of this Offer by entering the relevant data in the registration form on the website of the Online Store or when placing an Order through the Operator. After placing an Order through the Operator, the Buyer's data is registered in the Seller's database. Having approved the Order for the selected Product, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in clause 4.2. of this Offer.
4.7. The Seller shall not be liable for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when placing the Order.
4.8. The Buyer shall be liable for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
4.9. The remote sale and purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer shall be considered concluded from the moment the Seller issues the Buyer a cash or sales receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods.
1. 5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF THE GOODS TO THE BUYER
5.1. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with services for the delivery of the Goods in one of the ways indicated on the website of the Online Store.
5.2. If the Agreement for the sale and purchase of goods remotely (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer within the time period specified in the Agreement, and if the place of delivery of the Goods is not specified by the Buyer, then to his place of residence or registration.
5.3. The Buyer specifies the place of delivery of the Goods when placing an Order for the purchase of the Goods.
5.4. The term of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing term and the delivery term.
5.5. The delivered Goods are transferred to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer - to any person who presents a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Agreement or the execution of delivery of the Goods.
5.6. Information about the Goods is brought to the attention of the Buyer in the technical documentation attached to the Goods, on labels, by applying markings or in another way accepted for certain types of goods.
5.7. Information on mandatory confirmation of conformity of the Goods is provided in the manner and by the methods established by the legislation of Ukraine, and includes information on the number of the document confirming such conformity, its validity period and the organization that issued it.
Carefully read the text of the public offer, and if you do not agree with any point of the offer, you have the right to refuse to purchase the Goods provided by the Seller and not to perform the actions specified in paragraph 2.1. of this Offer.
