With this product, orthoses are manufactured in just three steps using a 1:1 Duo A/B (base/catalyst mass) ratio. By simply mixing both components, the uniform coloration indicates when mixing is complete and the mass is ready for use. Once the compound is in place, it can be removed again after a short curing time of 2-3 minutes. The result is a silicone orthosis with high viscosity (average Shore hardness of 10-12), excellent mechanical properties, and a smooth surface (no sanding required). Final rigidity is achieved after approximately 12 hours. Duo A/B orthotics are washable, flexible, and guarantee a high level of comfort and durability.
