LIGASANO white is a therapeutically effective PUR foam with a wide range of applications for wound treatment and prevention. Its therapeutic benefits are primarily based on three physical principles:

Low compression tension – adaptation to low compression contours, uniformly reduced pressure on the wound and body, reducing pressure on the wound surface, thereby promoting collagen deposition and granulation.
Mechanical irritant - has a local effect upon contact with the wound and skin, which promotes blood circulation, thereby improving the supply of nutrients and oxygen to the wound area (wound activation), and also as a preventative measure when the skin is not yet damaged.
Targeted or controlled suction effect – excess fluid is absorbed without drying or cleansing the wound, and there is no adhesion to the wound. Avoids skin maceration, provides skin care, delivers high suction volume without changing size, and eliminates hardening.
