Neutralizer "Foam Fix" from the Finnish brand-manufacturer "CUTRIN" is designed to consolidate the results of perm. It is a professional, versatile, foamy product that is used on normal and difficult to permanently style hair. For use by masters in beauty salons. The volume of the neutralizer should be 1.5 times greater than that of the biowave lotion.
Recommendations for use: dilute with water (proportion 1:1). First apply 2/3 to the bobbins/curlers, starting at the back of the head, hold for 10 minutes. Then remove the curlers and apply the remaining solution to the curls, wait 5 minutes. Rinse the strands well with warm water. After the procedure, additionally apply conditioner.
