Returns and exchanges of goods are made within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that only the following can be exchanged:

• Goods that have a manufacturing defect (the store pays for the exchange for an identical model)
• The product that was sent to you by mistake (wrong sort, color, model) for the ordered model (exchange is paid by the store)
• Returns are not accepted for products that you ordered by mistake

To exchange the product, you must

• Contact our manager within 3 days of receiving the goods
• Be sure to send a photo of the defect
• Enclose a note in the package with the reason for the exchange, send us the consignment note from a new email
• The product must be unused, in packaging and with a tag, in the same condition in which you received it (products without bags, tags, used or dirty due to the fault of the buyer, will be sent back, exchange will be refused)
• After receiving the parcel from you and checking the product, within 1-3 days you will be sent an exchange
